Terms of Sale
These General Conditions concern the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely via the Internet on this site. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206/05 (for more information click here) and, with regard to the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the regulations of Law no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments (for more information click here).

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The Customer, by electronically sending the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe the general and payment conditions transcribed below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the indications provided to him in accordance with the above-mentioned regulations, also acknowledging that Maione srl itself does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing. 

Customer commitments 
These General Conditions of Sale must be examined online by Customers visiting the site www.rvngroupsrl.com, before they confirm their purchases. The forwarding of the order confirmation, therefore, implies full knowledge of the General Conditions of Sale and their full acceptance.

Price
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, including taxes, excluding participation in management and shipping costs. Each order, regardless of its origin, is payable in euros. RVN GROUP srl reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders. Purchase

methods
Purchases of the products, available as illustrated and specified online in the relevant descriptive and technical sheets, are made by the Customer at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of forwarding the order confirmation, in addition to the transport costs as specified below, and, in any case, displayed at the time of purchase. Before confirming the purchase, the Customer will be shown a summary of the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in the case of purchasing multiple products and the related shipping costs. By confirming the purchase, upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive an email containing the date and total amount of their order and the details of the order. For the purchase of personalized goods, the Customer will receive an email containing the images of the requested customization; the same images must be confirmed by the Customer by email.

Shipping
By electronically sending the confirmation of their purchase order, the Customer unconditionally accepts the conditions related to the shipping service, declaring that they have read and accepted all the information provided, also acknowledging that the goods travel under the responsibility of the recipient.

For order amounts under €70.00, a fee of €9.90 including VAT will be charged. 

Right of Return and Withdrawal:
In compliance with art. 52, paragraph 1, letters (f) and (g) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 of the Consumer Code, it will be possible to withdraw from the sales contract. The substantial integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal

Instructions for withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the delivery date, by communicating via email to info@lubrificantiricambi.com

The customer will receive the return authorization code via email that will identify his practice
The customer will ship by post or with a courier of his choice.
The replacement of a product will be carried out after the returned product has been returned to the premises.

The return authorization code assigned by RVN GROUP srl and the sender must be clearly indicated on the packaging. It will not be possible to replace or refund the products without the return authorization code.

It is essential for the replacement or refund of the product, that it is intact, that it is carefully packaged in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and that nothing is written on the original packaging of any product. Furthermore, bulky packages must be wrapped with wrapping paper while small products must be placed in cardboard boxes. The return shipment is entirely at the expense of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal lapses completely if the returned product is not intact, or:

•     Missing original packaging.
•     Missing integral parts of the product.
•     Damage to the product due to causes other than transportation.
•     Sealed products opened by the consumer
