In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016, in relation to the personal data that we intend to process, we inform you of the following:
1. The personal data provided by you will be processed for the purposes inherent to the existing commercial relationship and in relation to the consequent fulfillment of fiscal, accounting and civil obligations. For these reasons, the provision of data is mandatory and failure to provide it will make it impossible to carry out the assignment or service.
2. The data provided by you may also be used for commercial communications, communication of promotions and sending of informational material. For these purposes, the provision of data is optional. Failure to consent will therefore not affect the regular performance of the task entrusted.

The processing will be carried out according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, in order to protect the confidentiality and rights of the interested party in compliance with the provisions of the current legislation, and will include all the operations necessary for the processing in question, including communication to the subjects referred to in the following point 4).

The personal data relating to the processing in question, for the purposes referred to in point 1), may be communicated, for needs related to the execution of the service: to Banking Institutions; to our consultants; to Authorities or bodies, to couriers and to third parties in fulfillment of legal obligations.
5. The personal data referred to in point 1) may also be processed by internal personnel within the structure, in particular by the personnel of the Sales Office, the Administrative Office, and the Warehouse.
6. The processing takes place in the following way: the processing is carried out using paper and electronic means and managed by specifically appointed personnel.
7. Your data will be stored, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed - in particular, in relation to the management of the existing commercial relationship, the data will be stored for the periods defined by the relevant legislation, as well as, upon termination of the commercial relationship, for the ten-year term for the storage of civil, fiscal or accounting data only; storage will take place in paper form and on computer media.
8. The data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union and are not subject to automated decision-making processes (e.g. profiling).
9. The interested party is entitled to exercise the specific rights provided for by the EU Privacy Regulation.
10. In particular, reference is made to the right to know at any time what personal data we have in our possession and to have confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, to obtain access, updating, integration, rectification or deletion. You also have the right to contact the supervisory authority if you believe that your data has been processed illegitimately or in a non-compliant manner.
